So tomorrow, I have my napkin pirates performance review. Just like any other job, we have to account for our work over the last year. It is, a bit, nerve recking. But I know how to handle it. The head napkin pirates director has a meeting with us. He’s cool, just a bit intimidating. But I like hearing about all of the good I’ve done over the past year. The hard part, is hearing what this napkin pirate has done wrong and needs to work on . However, I just say it comes with being a napkin pirate.
If anybody out there has some tips for a napkin pirates performance review, let me know. I sure could use it. I love my job and I just wanna make sure that I am looked at as a napkin pirate that can be counted on. I feel I am reponsible and very competent. Most napkin pirates can be a bit arrogant. Not me. I just want to make sure my napkin pirate boss sees the good in me– not the bad napkin pirate.
